Football National War Fund
The Football Association, acting with the Football the Southern Football League, and County Associations, held a meeting at Derby in December last and decided inaugurate a Football National War Fund for the benefit of footballers and their dependants who are in need of assistance arising from the war and other causes.
This Football National War Fund will be supplemental to all other rights and claims of such injured or dependants, the aim being to remove financial suffering and want and to give a good chance in life to all who become participants of the fund.
